About this speaker
Victoria (Tory) Clark joined Northcountry Cooperative Foundation (NCF) in 2016 and started out providing technical assistance and governance support to several rural housing co-ops. Clark now leads the organization’s real estate development activities as its Real Estate Development Manager. In this role, Clark is responsible for developing the organization’s pipeline of projects, performing financial analysis and due diligence of properties for development and acquisition, and preparing debt and equity financing applications for co-op housing projects.
