Paul Bradley

President, ROC USA, LLC Paul was named an Ashoka Fellow in 2011, Carsey Institute Social Innovator of the year in 2013 and was awarded the Jerry Vooris Memorial Award for his career-long achievements by the National Association of Housing Cooperatives in 2014. In 2017, he was inducted in the Cooperative Hall of Fame, the highest honor in the cooperative sector.

About this speaker

Paul Bradley is the founding president of ROC USA, LLC, a nonprofit social venture launched in 2008 to scale resident ownership of Manufactured Home Communities from coast to coast. Paul was previously VP of the NH Community Loan Fund and its pioneering work in bringing resident ownership to 30% market share in New Hampshire, providing mortgage-financing to home-buyers in co-op communities and developing with new energy efficient HUD-code Manufactured Housing. Paul has 30 years of experience working shoulder to shoulder with homeowners in low- and moderate-income communities. Today, ROC USA serves 258 co-ops and over 17,000 Member-owners in 17 states through a Network of local affiliated nonprofits which provide pre- and post-purchase training and technical assistance and ROC USA Capital, a national CDFI.
